Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, provides precision measurement.
2. Marble measuring tables, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), for stable and accurate assessments.
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), ensures accurate height measurements for various applications.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, offering measurement capabilities from 0 to 1000 mm, for versatile and precise dimensioning.
5. Our state-of-the-art micrometers measure both external and internal dimensions with precision. Measurement ranges include 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm for outside micrometers and 12-20-50-100 mm for inside micrometers.
6. Experience unmatched precision with our full-range needle gauge and pin gauge. These tools offer measurements from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm respectively, with fine pitch increments of 0.01mm.
7. Enhance your quality checks with our advanced surface roughness meter and hardness tester, perfect for ensuring top-notch material finishes.
