Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), ensuring accuracy with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), providing a robust foundation for precision measurements.
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), facilitating precise vertical measurements.
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper: Our measurement capabilities span an impressive range with vernier calipers measuring from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and up to 1000 mm, ensuring precise and accurate results every time.
5. Outside/Inside Micrometer: Our suite of micrometers offers exact measurements. The outside micrometer ranges are 0-25, 75-100, 125-150 mm, while the inside micrometer covers 12-20, 50-100 mm, providing comprehensive measuring solutions.
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge: We are equipped with needle and pin gauges covering ranges from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, respectively, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm, facilitating precise calibrations for all your needs.
