Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm for precise measurement accuracy.
2. Marble measuring table with dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) for stable and accurate measurement surfaces.
3. Digital height gauge, ranging from 0-600 (mm), ensuring precise height measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper covering lengths from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), for versatile and precise length measurements.
5. Our precision measuring tools include an outside and inside micrometer spanning ranges from 0 to 150 mm and 12 to 100 mm.
6. We offer an extensive selection of full-range needle and pin gauges, ranging from 0.5 to 12 mm and 1.0 to 100 mm, with an incredibly precise pitch of 0.01 mm.
7. Our advanced equipment includes a surface roughness meter and a state-of-the-art hardness tester, among others.
