The journey of quality assurance commences with two independent audits of a purchase order, confirming every detail of dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates to eliminate ambiguity and ensure clarity.
An experienced engineer actively participates in production, thoroughly reviewing and evaluating the manufacturing feasibility of all production aspects to ensure seamless execution.
Every special quality requirement and description is meticulously documented, followed by the specification of an IPQC inspection program based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, featuring a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensuring high precision.
2. Marble measuring tables available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) for stable and accurate measurements.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm), providing precise vertical measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper covering 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), offering a comprehensive measurement solution.
5. Precision-proven tools: Outside micrometer / inside micrometer ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) with added flexibility of 12-20-50-100 (mm) measurements.
6. Comprehensive measurement solutions: Full-range needle gauge/pin gauge covering 0.5-12 (mm) and an extensive 1.0-100 (mm), all with a pitch precision of 0.01mm.
7. Advanced equipment: Surface roughness meter and hardness tester, among other essential testing tools.
