Our quality assurance commences with two independent audits of a purchase order to confirm dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates with absolute clarity.
An experienced engineer, integral to our production process, critically reviews and assesses manufacturing feasibility across all production facets.
Every special quality requirement and specification is meticulously documented. An IPQC inspection program is then established, founded on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.
Each unique quality requirement and specification undergoes thorough documentation, followed by the development of an IPQC inspection program based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge, measuring range 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range vernier caliper, measuring range 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Outside micrometer / inside micrometer, ranging from 0 to 150 mm and 12 to 100 mm, ensuring precision across all scales.
6. Comprehensive full-range needle gauge/pin gauge offering from 0.5 to 12 mm, extending to an impressive 100 mm, with a meticulous pitch of 0.01 mm for unparalleled precision.
7. Advanced surface roughness meter and a state-of-the-art hardness tester, among other specialized tools, for precise quality assurance.
