Our Inspection Equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) 3.0μm
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm)
3. Digital Height Gauge, with a measuring range of 0-600 (mm)
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, accommodating measurements from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm)
5. For precision measurement, we offer both outside and inside micrometers with ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm for external and 12-20-50-100 mm for internal measurements.
6. Our comprehensive full-range needle and pin gauges cover a span of 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, respectively, with an incredibly fine pitch of 0.01 mm, ensuring exactitude in all your measurements.
7. We are equipped with advanced tools such as a surface roughness meter and hardness tester to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
