Our quality assurance journey begins with two independent audits per purchase order, where we rigorously verify dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines to eliminate any ambiguities.
An experienced engineer partakes in production, thoroughly reviewing and assessing the feasibility of all manufacturing facets necessary for production.
Every unique quality requirement and description is meticulously documented. A specific IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspection program is then established, guided by precision tolerances, batch numbers, and the complexity of the manufacturing process.
Every special quality requirement and description is recorded, followed by the creation of an IPQC inspection regime grounded in accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 mm and a maximum permissible error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensuring precision in measurements.
2. Marble measuring tables available in sizes 1200×1000 mm and 1000×750 mm, offering robust support for accurate measurement tasks.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 mm, facilitating precise height measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, with measurement capabilities ranging from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, up to 1000 mm, ensuring versatile and precise measurements across diverse applications.
5. Our precision measuring tools include an Outside Micrometer and an Inside Micrometer, covering a range of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) / 12-20-50-100 (mm) to ensure unrivaled accuracy and quality.
6. We offer a Full-Range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge with measurements from 0.5-12 (mm) / 1.0-100 (mm) and a meticulous pitch of 0.01mm, ensuring the highest standard of detail in your projects.
7. Equipped with a Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester, we deliver impeccable surface finishes and material hardness, guaranteeing superior product performance.
