An experienced engineer is engaged in production to review and evaluate the manufacturing feasibility of all required aspects, ensuring everything is on track for production.
All distinctive quality requirements and descriptions are meticulously documented, followed by specifying an IPQC inspection program grounded in accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, offering a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm).
4. Our comprehensive full-range vernier caliper offers precise measurements, spanning from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and up to 1000 mm.
5. We provide both outside and inside micrometers. For outside measurements: 0-25, 75, 100, 125, 150 mm. For inside measurements: 12-20, 50, 100 mm.
6. Our complete range of needle gauges and pin gauges spans from 0.5 to 12 mm and 1.0 to 100 mm, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm for utmost precision.
7. We utilize advanced tools such as surface roughness meters and hardness testers to ensure top-notch product quality.
