Inspection and Quality Control Procedures
Our comprehensive quality control protocol begins from the initial enquiry and extends through production to shipment.
The quality assurance process initiates with two independent audits of each purchase order, ensuring absolute clarity on dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery schedules.
An experienced production engineer critically evaluates and assesses the manufacturing feasibility of all production requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
All unique quality requirements and specifications are meticulously documented, followed by the formulation of an IPQC inspection program devised according to tolerance accuracy, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), measuring range: 800×1220×600 (mm), Maximum Permissible Error (MPE): 3.0μm.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in sizes: 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital Height Gauge, range: 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, available in sizes: 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Our precision instruments include the outside micrometer / inside micrometer, available in a range of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) / 12-20-50-100 (mm), ensuring accurate measurements for your every need.
6. We offer a full-range needle gauge / pin gauge, spanning 0.5-12 (mm) / 1.0-100 (mm) with a meticulous pitch of 0.01mm, providing precision for even the most detailed measurements.
7. Our state-of-the-art inspection tools, like the surface roughness meter and hardness tester, assure top-notch quality control.
