An experienced engineer, integral to our production team, thoroughly scrutinizes and evaluates the manufacturing feasibility of all production aspects.
All distinct quality requirements and specifications are comprehensively documented. Subsequently, an IPQC inspection program is meticulously crafted, tailored to accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), offering a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital Height Gauge, accommodating measurements from 0 to 600 (mm).
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, covering measurements from 0, 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, to 1000 (mm).
5. Precision tools for accurate measurements: Outside micrometer / inside micrometer range, spanning 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Comprehensive needle gauge/pin gauge series, from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a meticulous pitch of 0.01mm for supreme precision.
7. Advanced surface roughness meter, along with a reliable hardness tester, to ensure the quality of our machining parts.
