Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

The quality assurance journey begins with two independent audits of a purchase order, ensuring absolute clarity on dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timetables.

Detailed documentation of all special quality requirements is maintained alongside an IPQC inspection program, tailored to accuracy tolerances, lot identifiers, and the complexity of manufacturing.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and an MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, dimensions: 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge, range: 0-600 (mm) for precise measurements.
4. Full-range vernier calipers, accommodating sizes from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and 1000 (mm).
5. Our premium range includes an outside micrometer and inside micrometer, covering sizes from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm. These precision tools ensure accurate measurements for your projects.
6. We offer a comprehensive full-range needle gauge and pin gauge system, supporting sizes from 0.5-12 mm to 1.0-100 mm, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm. Perfect for precision engineering and detailed work.
7. Enhance your quality control with our state-of-the-art surface roughness meter and hardness tester, ensuring each component meets the highest standards of precision and durability.
