All unique quality requirements and detailed descriptions are meticulously documented. Subsequently, an IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspection program is tailored based on precision tolerances, lot identifiers, and manufacturing complexities.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), measuring range: 800×1220×600 (mm), with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in sizes: 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital Height Gauge, offering a range of: 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-Range Vernier Caliper, covering measurements from: 0, 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, to 1000 (mm).
5. External micrometer/Internal micrometer measurements range from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) / 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Comprehensive needle gauge/pin gauge available, ranging from 0.5-12 (mm) / 1.0-100 (mm) with a precision pitch of 0.01mm.
7. Equipped with surface roughness meter, hardness tester, and other precision instruments.
