Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

The cornerstone of our quality assurance begins with two independent audits of each purchase order. Initially, we meticulously confirm dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery schedules, ensuring no aspect is overlooked.
A seasoned engineer conducts a thorough review of production feasibility, evaluating all essential aspects necessary for successful manufacturing execution.
Every unique quality requirement and detailed description is meticulously recorded, followed by the development of an IPQC inspection program, crafted around precise accuracy tolerances, batch numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing processes.
All special quality requirements and descriptions will be carefully documented and then an IPQC inspection program will be specified based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.

4. Full-range vernier caliper, available in sizes 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm)
5. Precision Outside Micrometer/Inside Micrometer, measuring range 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm)/12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Comprehensive Full-range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge, featuring measurements from 0.5-12 (mm)/1.0-100 (mm), with an ultra-fine pitch of 0.01mm for exquisite precision.
7. Advanced Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, and other high-precision testing instruments to ensure quality excellence.
