Our Inspection Equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available sizes: 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital Height Gauge, offering a range of 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, covering measurements from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Our comprehensive range includes the outside micrometer and inside micrometer, with measurement capabilities from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm, respectively.
6. Explore our full-range needle gauge/pin gauge collection, featuring sizes from 0.5-12 mm to 1.0-100 mm, and a precise pitch increment of 0.01 mm.
7. We utilize advanced tools like the surface roughness meter and hardness tester to ensure the highest quality standards.
