Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), with a Maximum Permissible Error of 3.0μm
2. Marble measuring table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) sizes
3. Digital height gauge, offering a range of 0-600 (mm)
4. Full-range vernier caliper spanning a comprehensive range: 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), ensuring precision in every measurement.
5. Outside micrometer and inside micrometer, meticulously covering ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm) respectively, designed for utmost accuracy.
6. Full-range needle gauge and pin gauge, from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a finely-tuned pitch of 0.01mm to meet the highest standards of measurement precision.
7. Our advanced surface roughness meter, alongside a robust hardness tester, are integral tools for evaluating materials with precision and reliability.
