Our quality assurance journey begins with two independent audits for each purchase order. Initially, we eliminate any uncertainties surrounding dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery schedules.
An erudite engineer, experienced in production, assesses and evaluates the feasibility of all manufacturing aspects required for each project.
All distinct quality requirements and descriptions are meticulously documented, followed by the establishment of an IPQC inspection program tailored to accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of the manufacturing process.

1. CMM, offering a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), with a Maximum Permissible Error of 3.0μm
2. Marble measuring table, dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm)
3. Digital height gauge, measuring range 0-600 (mm)
4. Full-range vernier caliper, spanning 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm)
5. Outside micrometer and inside micrometer, covering a comprehensive range of 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm/12-20-50-100 mm for precise measurements.
6. Full-range needle gauge and pin gauge, with precision spanning 0.5-12 mm/1.0-100 mm, and an ultra-fine pitch accuracy of 0.01 mm for exacting specifications.
7. Surface roughness meter, hardness tester, and additional advanced equipment to ensure superior quality.
