1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a maximum permissible error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensuring precision.
2. Marble measuring tables available in 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) dimensions for versatile, stable measurements.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm) for accurate vertical measurements.
4. Full-range vernier calipers covering 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), offering comprehensive measurement capabilities.
5. Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer: Precision measuring tools with ranges 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) for external measurements and 12-20-50-100 (mm) for internal measurements, ensuring accuracy in various dimensional assessments.
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge / Pin Gauge: Versatile tools covering a broad spectrum from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a fine pitch of 0.01mm for unparalleled precision in gauging tasks.
7. Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, etc.: Advanced instruments designed for evaluating surface quality and material hardness, essential for maintaining high standards in product manufacturing.
