Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

Our quality assurance begins with dual independent audits for every purchase order, meticulously verifying dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines, leaving no room for doubt.
An experienced engineer meticulously reviews and evaluates the manufacturing feasibility of every aspect required for production, ushering in precision and efficiency.
Each special quality requirement is thoroughly documented, followed by a tailored IPQC inspection program, carefully aligned with accuracy tolerances, batch numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.
All special quality requirements and descriptions will be documented and then an IPQC inspection program will be specified based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers and manufacturing complexity.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, boasting a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with a Maximum Permissible Error of 3.0μm, ensuring high-precision assessments.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) sizes, offering stable and accurate measurements.
3. Digital Height Gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), delivering precise vertical measurements for superior accuracy.
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, offering precision measurements in a comprehensive range: 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 mm.
5. Outside and Inside Micrometers, providing meticulous accuracy: 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm respectively.
6. Full-range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge, crafted for precision: 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, with an exceptional pitch of 0.01 mm.
7. Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester, essential tools for ensuring superior surface quality and material durability.

A1: We kindly request that you provide comprehensive 2D or 3D drawings in formats such as PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, SLDPRT, etc., along with advised material,
required finish, and quantity for an accurate quotation.

A2: Our MOQ is flexible based on client needs, and we gladly accommodate trial orders prior to mass production.
