Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

Our quality assurance protocol initiates with two independent audits of each purchase order. Initially, we meticulously confirm the dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates, leaving no room for doubt.
A seasoned engineer, deeply involved in production, meticulously reviews and evaluates the manufacturing feasibility of every aspect essential for production, ensuring precision in execution.
All distinct quality prerequisites and descriptions are thoroughly documented, followed by a specified IPQC inspection program. This is tailored based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) sizes.
3. Digital height gauge, offering a measurement range of 0-600 (mm).
4. Our comprehensive vernier caliper range includes measurements from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and up to 1000 mm, ensuring precision at every scale.
5. We offer both outside and inside micrometers with versatility ranging from 0 to 25, 75, 100, 125, and 150 mm for external measurements, and 12 to 20, 50, and 100 mm for internal measurements.
6. Our full-range needle and pin gauges cover dimensions from 0.5 to 12 mm and 1.0 to 100 mm, with a fine pitch accuracy of 0.01 mm, catering to detailed inspection requirements.
7. We utilize advanced surface roughness meters and hardness testers to ensure the highest quality standards in our machining processes.
