All distinctive quality requirements and specifications are diligently documented. Subsequently, an IPQC inspection regimen is established based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.
Every unique quality requirement and detail is systematically recorded, leading to the formulation of an IPQC inspection strategy centered around accuracy tolerances, batch numbers, and production complexity.

4. Full-range vernier caliper, extendable from 0 up to 1000 (mm)
5. Experience the precision of our outside and inside micrometers, ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) to 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Our full-range needle and pin gauges are meticulously crafted, with sizes from 0.5-12 (mm) to 1.0-100 (mm), and a pitch accuracy of 0.01mm.
7. We use advanced surface roughness meters and hardness testers for ensuring unparalleled quality.
