Our inspection equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), offering a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring tables available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) for precise measurements.
3. Digital height gauge with a measuring range from 0 to 600 (mm) for accurate height measurement.
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper: Precision at your fingertips with measurements extending from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and even up to 1000 mm!
5. Outside and Inside Micrometers: Achieve exacting detail with outside micrometer ranges of 0-25, 75-100, and 125-150 mm. For inside micrometers, measurements include 12-20, 50-100 mm.
6. Comprehensive Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge: Guarantees precision with ranges from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, featuring an ultra-fine pitch of 0.01 mm.
