Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

Our quality assurance process initiates with two independent audits of a purchase order to eliminate any uncertainties regarding dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery schedules.
An experienced engineer participates proactively in production, reviewing and evaluating the feasibility of all manufacturing aspects required for successful production.
Every specific quality requirement and description is meticulously documented. An IPQC inspection program is then custom-tailored, based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing complexity, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards.

3. Digital height gauge offering a range of 0-600 (mm) ensures precise vertical measurements.
4. Full-range vernier calipers, available in 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm) increments, cater to a wide variety of detailed measurement needs.
5. High-Precision Measurement Tools: Outside/Inside Micrometer with a range of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Comprehensive Gauge Selection: Full-Range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge available in 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm) with precise 0.01mm pitch.
