Inspection and Quality Control Procedures
Our meticulous quality control practices extend from the initial enquiry phase right through to production and shipment, ensuring utmost precision at every stage.
The commencement of our quality assurance process involves two independent audits of a purchase order. Initially, we confirm all dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates to leave no room for ambiguity.
An experienced engineer is deeply engaged in production, thoroughly reviewing and evaluating the manufacturing feasibility of every essential aspect required for production.
All specific quality requirements and detailed descriptions are meticulously documented. Subsequently, an IPQC inspection program is tailored, based on exact tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.
All unique quality requirements and descriptions undergo detailed documentation, followed by the specification of an IPQC inspection program, crafted to adhere to precise accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexities of manufacturing.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), and a Maximum Permissible Error of 3.0μm, ensuring precision in every measurement.
2. Marble measuring table available in two sizes: 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), offering a stable and accurate measurement platform.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm), providing precise vertical measurements for diverse applications.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, offering measurement capabilities from 0 to 100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), adaptable to various measurement needs.
5. Precision Outside/Inside Micrometer: Measure with accuracy from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm.
6. Comprehensive Range Needle/Pin Gauge: Ensure precision with sizes from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm.
7. Advanced Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester: Ensure optimal quality and performance.
