Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

The quality assurance process begins with two independent audits of a purchase order. Initially, we ensure clarity regarding dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates.
An experienced engineer actively participates in production, evaluating the feasibility of all necessary aspects required for successful manufacturing.
All specific quality requirements and descriptions are meticulously documented, followed by the development of an IPQC inspection program informed by accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.

6. Comprehensive Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge Selection: Offering a complete range from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm) with a precise pitch of 0.01mm.
