Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm) dimensions.
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), ensuring precise measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, offering measurements from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), for versatile application.
5. Our precision tools include the Outside and Inside Micrometers, spanning ranges from 0 to 25-75-100-125-150 (mm) for outside measurements and 12-20-50-100 (mm) for inside measurements, offering unparalleled accuracy.
6. For meticulous measurements, we utilize a Full-Range Needle Gauge and Pin Gauge, covering a spectrum from 0.5 to 12 (mm) and 1.0 to 100 (mm) respectively, with an impressive pitch accuracy of 0.01mm.
7. Our arsenal of advanced testing equipment includes Surface Roughness Meters and Hardness Testers, ensuring the highest quality and precision of our machined parts.
