We commence our quality assurance process with two thorough audits of each purchase order, guaranteeing clarity on dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery schedules.
A seasoned engineer is integral to our production review process, carefully evaluating the manufacturing feasibility of every single production aspect.
Documenting all specific quality requirements and descriptions, we then define an IPQC inspection program based on accuracy tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.

5. A comprehensive range of outside and inside micrometers is at your disposal, covering 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) for outside measurements and 12-20-50-100 (mm) for inside measurements, ensuring precision and accuracy in every dimension.
6. Our full-range needle gauge/pin gauge selection spans from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with an ultra-fine pitch of 0.01mm, providing meticulous measurement solutions for your detailed projects.
7. Equipped with a surface roughness meter and hardness tester, we guarantee the finest quality checks and assurance for your components, maintaining the highest standards of surface quality and material strength.
