Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a maximum permissible error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensuring precise measurements.
2. Marble measuring table with dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) for stable and accurate measurements.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm), ensuring precision in vertical measurements.
4. A full-range vernier caliper covering 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), providing versatility and accuracy in measurement tasks.
5. Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer, Range: 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge, Spanning 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a precise pitch of 0.01 mm.
