The journey of our quality assurance begins with two independent audits of a purchase order. Initially, we ascertain complete clarity on dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines.
An experienced engineer is instrumental in production, reviewing, and assessing the manufacturing feasibility of every aspect integral to production.
All unique quality requirements and descriptions are systematically documented, followed by the establishment of an IPQC inspection program, informed by accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.
Every special quality requirement and description is comprehensively documented, paving the way for a specified IPQC inspection program based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing intricacy.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring tables available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge, measuring from 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range vernier caliper, covering measurements from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Precision Outside/Inside Micrometer: Ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm / 12-20-50-100 mm, this tool is essential for achieving high accuracy in measuring dimensions.
6. Comprehensive Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge: With an expansive range of 0.5-12 mm / 1.0-100 mm and a fine pitch of 0.01 mm, this gauge ensures precise measurements for intricate machining tasks.
7. Advanced Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester: These instruments are crucial for assessing the surface quality and durability of the machined parts, ensuring they meet rigorous standards.
