Our quality assurance process kicks off with two independent audits of each purchase order. We meticulously confirm dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines.
An adept engineer is involved in production to scrutinize and assess the feasibility of all manufacturing components.
All exclusive quality requirements and specifications are meticulously documented. An IPQC inspection program is then tailored based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.

1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm).
4. Comprehensive vernier caliper range including measurements of 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer: Precision measurement tools available in ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm.
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge / Pin Gauge: Versatile measurement instruments with dimensions spanning 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm. Features a fine pitch of 0.01 mm for exceptional accuracy.
7. Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, and More: Explore a variety of advanced testing equipment for comprehensive quality assessments.

A1: To facilitate an accurate quotation, kindly provide detailed 2D/3D drawings (such as PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, SLDPRT, etc.) and specify the desired material.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A2: Our MOQ is flexible and catered to our client's needs. Moreover, we gladly accept trial orders prior to mass production.
