1. CMM, offering a measuring range of 800×1220×600 mm, with a maximum permissible error margin of 3.0μm, ensures precision in every measurement.
2. Marble measuring table, available in dimensions of 1200×1000 mm and 1000×750 mm, delivers reliable measurements for our quality processes.
3. Digital height gauge, with a measuring capacity of 0-600 mm, guarantees accurate height assessments in our quality control operations.
4. Full-range vernier caliper available in an extensive spectrum of sizes: 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 mm. This versatile tool ensures precise measurements for a wide array of applications.
5. Outside and inside micrometers, featuring a comprehensive range: 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm respectively. These precision instruments are essential for accurate dimensional assessments.
6. Full-range needle gauge/pin gauge, meticulously designed to cover 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm with a fine pitch of 0.01mm. Ideal for ensuring pinpoint measurement accuracy.
7. Surface roughness meter and hardness tester, among other sophisticated tools, to provide detailed surface and material hardness assessments.
