Our quality assurance begins with two independent audits of every purchase order. Initially, we meticulously verify all dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates to eliminate any uncertainties.
A seasoned engineer, deeply involved in production, meticulously reviews and assesses the manufacturing feasibility of all required production aspects.
Every specific quality requirement and description is meticulously documented. Subsequently, an IPQC inspection program is tailored based on precision tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing processes.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, offering a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with an MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, sized at 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge, measuring from 0-600 (mm).
4. Our full-range vernier caliper offers precise measurements at 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), ensuring versatility and accuracy in a wide array of applications.
5. We provide both outside micrometer and inside micrometer solutions, covering ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) for outside and 12-20-50-100 (mm) for inside measurements, delivering precision in every measurement task.
6. Our comprehensive selection of needle gauges and pin gauges spans from 0.5-12 (mm) to 1.0-100 (mm) with a fine pitch of 0.01mm, perfect for exacting requirements.
7. Equipped with advanced tools such as surface roughness meters and hardness testers, we ensure the highest quality standards for your projects.
