Inspection and Quality Control Procedures
Our quality control process is meticulously structured, spanning from the initial enquiry through production to final shipment.
Initiating our rigorous quality assurance process, two independent audits of a purchase order ensure clarity and accuracy regarding dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates.
A seasoned engineer takes part in production, thoroughly reviewing and assessing the manufacturing feasibility of all necessary facets.
All unique quality requirements and specifications are carefully documented, followed by the development of an IPQC inspection program based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.
All special quality requirements and descriptions will be documented and then an IPQC inspection program will be specified based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers and manufacturing complexity.

1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), featuring an MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table available in dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm) for precise measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper featuring measurements from 0-100, 150, 200, 300, 600, to 1000 (mm).
5. Precision Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer, offering a versatile measurement range from 0 to 150 mm for outside and 12 to 100 mm for inside dimensions.
6. Comprehensive Full-range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge, with an impressive span from 0.5 mm to 100 mm, ensuring accuracy with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm.
7. Advanced Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, and more high-precision equipment for impeccable quality assurance.
