Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

A seasoned engineer closely scrutinizes every facet of production, assessing and evaluating the manufacturability of all components necessary for the process, ensuring seamless execution.
Every unique quality specification and description is thoroughly documented, followed by the formulation of an IPQC inspection program based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.
All special quality requirements and descriptions will be documented and then an IPQC inspection program will be specified based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers and manufacturing complexity.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, exemplifying precision.
2. Marble measuring table, dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm) for robust measurement accuracy.
3. Digital height gauge, accommodating a range of 0-600 (mm) for precise vertical measurement.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, capable of measuring 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), ensuring comprehensive dimensional assessment.
5. Precision Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer: Measuring ranges include 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm.
6. Comprehensive Full-Range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge: Available in range of 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, with pitch precision at 0.01 mm.
7. Advanced Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester: For ensuring superior finish and quality control.
