1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, for precise dimensional analysis.
2. Marble measuring tables of dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), ensuring stable and accurate measurement.
3. Digital height gauge with a measurement range of 0-600 (mm), facilitating precise vertical assessments.
4. Full-range vernier calipers spanning 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), providing comprehensive dimensional evaluations.
5. Precision tools include Outside and Inside Micrometers, ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm, with options from 12-20-50-100 mm for intricate measurements.
6. Our complete Full-range Needle and Pin Gauges cover dimensions from 0.5-12 mm and extend to 1.0-100 mm, with a fine pitch accuracy of 0.01mm.
7. Essential quality assurance tools such as Surface Roughness Meters and Hardness Testers are utilized to ensure the highest standards.
