Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensuring precise measurements.
2. Marble measuring table, available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), providing stable and accurate measurement surfaces.
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), for precise vertical measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, accommodating measurements of 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), for versatile and precise measurement tasks.
5. Our precision measuring tools include: Outside micrometer and inside micrometer for ultimate accuracy ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. The full-range needle gauge and pin gauge offer precision measurement from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a minuscule pitch of 0.01mm.
7. To ensure the highest standards, we utilize advanced instruments like the surface roughness meter and hardness tester.
