An experienced engineer, integral to the production team, systematically reviews and evaluates the feasibility of all manufacturing aspects required for successful production.
Every specific quality requirement and description is meticulously documented. Subsequently, an IPQC inspection program is crafted based on precision tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.

1. CMM, with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensures high precision.
2. Marble measuring tables in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm) for stable and exact measurements.
3. A Digital height gauge, ranging from 0-600 mm, provides precise height measurements.
4. Experience precision with our full-range vernier caliper offering measurements from 0 to 1000 mm. Available sizes include 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), ensuring unparalleled accuracy in all your measurement needs.
5. Discover accuracy with our outside and inside micrometers, designed for precise measurements. The outside micrometer ranges from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm), while the inside micrometer is available in 12-20-50-100 (mm), offering a versatile solution for meticulous measurements.
6. Our full-range needle gauge and pin gauge provide precision from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm) with a pitch of 0.01mm, ensuring exacting standards for your measurement requirements.
