All specialized quality requirements and detailed descriptions are systematically documented, followed by the specification of an IPQC inspection program based on stringent accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with an impressive measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Two marble measuring tables, available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) respectively.
3. Digital height gauge, with a measuring range from 0 to 600 (mm).
4. Full-range vernier caliper, covering measurements from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and up to 1000 (mm).
5. Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer: Precision measuring tools ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm).
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge / Pin Gauge: Comprehensive measuring instruments with a range of 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), ensuring accuracy with a fine pitch increment of 0.01 mm.
7. Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, and more: Essential tools for evaluating surface finish and material hardness, guaranteeing component quality.
