All unique quality specifications and descriptions are meticulously documented, followed by an IPQC inspection program tailored to accuracy tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing complexity.

Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, boasting a measuring range of 800×1220×600 mm, with a MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm, ensures precision.
2. Marble measuring tables, available in sizes 1200×1000 mm and 1000×750 mm, provide stable and accurate measuring solutions.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 mm, delivering precise height measurements.
4. Full-range vernier calipers, covering measurements from 0-100, 150, 200, 300, 600 to 1000 mm, catering to diverse measurement needs.
5. Our precision instruments include an outside micrometer and inside micrometer, with measurement ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm), ensuring precise calibration and accuracy in every project.
6. We offer a comprehensive full-range needle gauge/pin gauge, spanning from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a fine pitch of 0.01mm, allowing for meticulous measurement and quality assurance.
7. Our tools include top-notch surface roughness meters and hardness testers, among others, to guarantee that every product meets the highest standards of precision and durability.
