1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, ensuring precise measurements.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), offering a stable and accurate measuring surface.
3. Digital Height Gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), allowing for precise vertical measurement with accuracy and ease.
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, covering 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm) ranges, providing detailed and accurate readings for various measurement needs.
5. Precision instruments like Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer, ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) / 12-20-50-100 (mm), ensure exact measurement.
6. Comprehensive Full-Range Needle Gauge/Pin Gauge, spanning 0.5-12 (mm) / 1.0-100 (mm), with a fine pitch of 0.01mm for meticulous accuracy.
7. Advanced tools such as Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, etc., are used to ensure superior quality control.
