Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, featuring a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm, for precision measurements.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), ensuring reliable and accurate measurements.
3. Digital Height Gauge, spanning a range of 0-600 (mm), for precise height measurements.
4. Our comprehensive full-range vernier caliper spans from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600 to a remarkable 1000 mm, offering precision at every measurement.
5. We offer both outside and inside micrometers for detailed measurements: outside ranging from 0-25, 75, 100, 125, 150 mm and inside covering 12-20, 50, 100 mm, ensuring accuracy in all dimensions.
6. Our full-range needle gauge/pin gauge is designed for precision, from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, with an impressive pitch of 0.01 mm, meeting the demands of high-precision tasks.
7. Our advanced surface roughness meter and hardness tester are essential tools for ensuring the highest quality and durability of your materials.
