Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm), and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital height gauge ranging from 0-600 (mm) for precise measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper covering 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), ensuring versatile measurement capabilities.
5. Outside micrometer / inside micrometer: Precision measurement tools ranging from 0 to 150 mm for outer diameters and 12 to 100 mm for inner diameters to ensure accuracy in every dimension.
6. Full-range needle gauge/pin gauge: Versatile gauges covering 0.5 to 12 mm and extending up to 100 mm, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm for meticulous measurement.
7. Surface roughness meter, hardness tester, etc.: Cutting-edge instruments to evaluate surface texture and material hardness, ensuring top-quality standards.
