Our inspection equipment
1. CMM - Measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), with an MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm for precise measurements.
2. Marble measuring table - Available in dimensions of 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) for stable and accurate measurements.
3. Digital height gauge - Precision measuring capabilities with a range from 0 to 600 (mm).
4. Our comprehensive range of vernier calipers spans measurements from 0 to 1000 mm, in increments that include 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and 1000 mm.
5. We offer both outside and inside micrometers, with ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm for outside and 12-20-50-100 mm for inside measurements, ensuring precise assessments.
6. Our full-range needle and pin gauges are available from 0.5 mm to 12 mm and 1.0 mm to 100 mm respectively, with a fine pitch accuracy of 0.01 mm for meticulous precision.
7. We provide surface roughness meters and hardness testers, among other essential measuring tools, to ensure that every component meets stringent quality standards.
