Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

The initiation of our quality assurance methodology involves two independent audits of a purchase order. Initially, we meticulously verify dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines to ensure absolute clarity.
A seasoned engineer engaged in production meticulously reviews and assesses the manufacturing feasibility of all facets essential for production execution.
All unique quality requirements and specifications are thoroughly documented, followed by an IPQC inspection program tailored based on precision tolerances, batch numbers, and manufacturing intricacy.
All special quality requirements and descriptions will be documented and then an IPQC inspection program will be specified based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers and manufacturing complexity.

2. Marble measuring table, dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm)
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm)
4. Comprehensive vernier caliper, ranging from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm)
5. Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer: Measure with precision using our comprehensive range covering 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm.
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge / Pin Gauge: Achieve accuracy with measurements from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, finely tuned with a pitch of 0.01mm.
7. Surface Roughness Meter, Hardness Tester, etc.: Empower your evaluations with top-tier tools ensuring superior surface quality and material hardness.
