Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, featuring a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with a Maximum Permissible Error of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm) dimensions.
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm) for precise measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, covering 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm) to meet a variety of measuring needs.
5. Precision tools: Outside micrometers and inside micrometers ranging from 0 to 150 mm and 12 to 100 mm respectively, ensuring meticulous measurement and quality control.
6. Extensive range of needle gauges and pin gauges, spanning from 0.5 mm to 12 mm and 1.0 mm to 100 mm, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm, catering to diverse measurement needs.
7. Surface roughness meter and hardness tester among others, for comprehensive testing and assurance of component quality.
