Inspection and Quality Control Procedures

The cornerstone of our quality assurance process involves two independent audits of each purchase order. Initially, we meticulously verify dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates to eliminate any ambiguities.
A seasoned engineer participates in production, conducting thorough evaluations of all necessary manufacturing components to assess their feasibility.
We meticulously document all special quality requirements and descriptions before specifying an IPQC inspection program, which is tailored based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing.
All unique quality requirements and descriptions are carefully documented, followed by the establishment of an IPQC inspection program to align with precision tolerances, batch numbers, and the intricacy of the manufacturing process.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with an impressive measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table available in 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm) dimensions.
3. Digital height gauge, covering 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range vernier caliper, offering measurements of 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Our precision tools include outside micrometers and inside micrometers, expertly calibrated for measurements ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm. These ensure the finest accuracy for your projects.
6. We offer a comprehensive range of needle gauges and pin gauges, spanning 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, with a meticulous pitch of 0.01mm. These tools are essential for achieving exact specifications.
7. Our state-of-the-art surface roughness meter and hardness tester allow for precise assessment of material finishes and durability, ensuring top-notch quality control.

A1: Please kindly provide detailed 2D/3D drawings in formats such as PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, SLDPRT, etc., and specify the material,
