Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm, guarantees precise measurement.
2. Marble measuring tables available in dimensions 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) offer robust support for accurate assessments.
3. Digital height gauge ranging from 0-600 (mm) provides precision in height measurements, integral to quality inspection.
4. Full-range vernier caliper: Precision measurement from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and up to 1000 mm, ensuring accuracy in every dimension.
5. Outside micrometer / Inside micrometer: Designed for exactitude, measuring ranges of 0-25, 75, 100, 125, and 150 mm for outside, and 12-20, 50, 100 mm for inside measurements.
6. Full-range needle gauge/pin gauge: Ensuring precision with a range from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, with a pitch of 0.01 mm.
7. Surface roughness meter, hardness tester, and more: Advanced tools for assessing surface texture and material hardness.
