Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, boasting a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with an MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) sizes.
3. Digital height gauge, offering measurements from 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range vernier caliper, with ranges spanning from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm).
5. Equipped with a premium range of micrometers for measuring precision. This includes outside micrometers and inside micrometers, with specific measurements of 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm) respectively.
6. Our comprehensive selection includes full-range needle gauges and pin gauges, offering measurements from 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a pitch precision of 0.01mm.
