Our Inspection Equipment
1. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm).
3. Digital Height Gauge, offering a range of 0-600 (mm).
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper: Offering an extensive range from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, up to an impressive 1000 mm, our calipers ensure precision measurement for every need.
5. Outside and Inside Micrometer: Delivering precise measurements with ranges of 0-25, 75, 100, 125, 150 mm for outside measurements, and 12-20, 50, 100 mm to assess internal dimensions.
6. Comprehensive Needle & Pin Gauge: Covering ranges from 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm with an incredibly fine pitch of 0.01mm, ensuring exactitude in every assessment.
7. Surface Roughness Meter & Hardness Tester: Equipped with top-of-the-line surface roughness meters and hardness testers to meet your diverse material analysis needs.
