Our quality assurance journey begins with two independent audits of a purchase order to guarantee clarity on dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery timelines.
An experienced engineer rigorously reviews and assesses the manufacturing feasibility of all production aspects, ensuring seamless execution.
All unique quality requirements and specifications are meticulously documented. An IPQC inspection program is then crafted, tailored to accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.
Every special quality mandate is carefully recorded, followed by the development of an IPQC inspection program, precisely adjusted for accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and the intricacies of manufacturing.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm for precise measurements.
2. Marble measuring table available in 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm) dimensions for reliable and stable measurement.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm) for accurate vertical measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper with capabilities spanning from 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm) for versatile measurement needs.
5. Utilizing precise measurement tools like outside micrometers and inside micrometers, we cover a comprehensive range from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm.
6. Our full-range gauge selection includes needle gauges and pin gauges, with sizes ranging from 0.5-12 mm to 1.0-100 mm, and a meticulous pitch accuracy of 0.01 mm.
7. We employ advanced instruments such as surface roughness meters and hardness testers to ensure impeccable quality and durability.
