All special quality requirements and descriptions are meticulously documented, followed by an IPQC inspection program tailored to accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing complexity.
All specialized quality criteria and notes are recorded, and an IPQC inspection strategy is developed based on precision tolerances, batch identifiers, and the intricacy of manufacturing.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, with a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and a maximum permissible error of 3.0μm, ensures precision.
2. Marble Measuring Table, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), for stable measurements.
3. Digital Height Gauge, measuring from 0-600 (mm) for high precision.
4. Full-Range Vernier Caliper, with dimensions ranging from 0 to 1000 mm, for comprehensive measurement needs.
5. Outside micrometer / Inside micrometer, perfectly ranging from 0-25-75-100-125-150 (mm) and 12-20-50-100 (mm) for precision measurement.
6. Full-range needle gauge / Pin gauge, covering 0.5-12 (mm) and 1.0-100 (mm), with a meticulous pitch of 0.01mm for assured accuracy.
7. Surface roughness meter, hardness tester, and a variety of other essential measuring instruments.
